The laser pointer is encased in a tooled, black aircraft grade aluminium housing with gasket seals at every joint to prevent damage from water or humidity. Smaller than a lightweight flash light, this 500mW laser pointer fits all this power in the palm of your hand.
This is a 500mW-532nm class IIIb green laser that is powered by a single 3V (CR123A) rechargeable battery. The unit complies with the FDA regulations requiring a keyed switch for safety. It also comes with a rapid battery charger to complete the kit.
